Sneki Chicken Curry Recipe

Transform your everyday chicken curry into a flavor-packed delight with Sneki Masala! This quick and easy recipe creates a rich, aromatic gravy that pairs perfectly with rice, roti, or naan.

Ingredients

  • Toor dal 
  • 500g chicken (bone-in or boneless) 
  • 2 medium onions (finely chopped) 
  • 2 medium tomatoes (pureed) 
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 
  • 2 tbsp Sneki Masala Chicken Curry spice mix 
  • 1/2 cup yogurt or coconut milk (optional) 
  • 3 tbsp oil 
  • 1 cup water 
  • Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish) 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Instructions:

  • Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until aromatic.
  • Add chicken pieces and brown them lightly. Stir in Sneki Masala and tomato puree.
  • Add water and yogurt (or coconut milk) for a creamy texture. Cover and simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is tender.
  • Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves on top and serve hot with rice or Indian bread.
